When we decided on the Novacura ERP implementation methodology, we were serious about it—we wanted more than just a simple system implementation, but a truly functional tool that would support our company. In this sense, the Novacura methodology was a true revelation for us. From the very beginning, the team approached it expertly: they audited our processes and listened carefully to how we currently work and what challenges we face. Then came the steps: prototype, configuration, integration, and launch—all in order, within a structured framework, yet with flexibility. Crucially, we didn't try to turn our company into a template; on the contrary, they adapted the template to us. Thanks to Novacura's use of its low-code platform, we received customized applications and interfaces integrated with the ERP, but without cumbersome core modifications. This means we remain flexible, can quickly respond to changes, and don't have to worry about system updates. The implementation team is constantly with us, accessible, and responsive, managing the project with transparency: we saw the plan, reports, and risks—everything was on point. Ultimately, the launch went smoothly, and the results began to show almost immediately: integrations with external systems started working, data became available in real time, and users stopped complaining about glitches. You feel like the system is working for you, not the other way around. I can confidently say: we made the right choice, and Novacura's methodology has been a key factor in our success.
