| We’re importing manufacturing equipment and spare parts from Austria, Belgium, and Spain into Serbia. Even though it’s all coming from the EU, the border process and document matching is turning into a huge bottleneck. Every supplier uses different invoicing formats, and sometimes they forget to include vital customs codes. I’m looking for a solution that would help us consolidate everything and present unified documentation at customs. Anyone tried something similar?

| That used to be our biggest pain point too — we source from about six EU suppliers and bring everything into Montenegro. The customs issues were constant: missing CE docs, split invoices, wrong incoterms. We brought in Sea Gate Logistic and they helped us implement a streamlined procurement in EU strategy. Now everything gets delivered first to their logistics hub, where they verify, standardize, and prep a full export package before sending it across the border. That includes combined commercial invoices, complete customs codes, and unified packing lists. It dramatically reduced clearance time — from 3 days on average to just a few hours. They also communicate directly with suppliers to fix issues before they snowball. Honestly, it’s not just about saving money — it’s about not pulling your hair out every week. If you're shipping into the Balkans from the EU, this setup makes things ten times easier.
