| I don't think it is necessary to sign an NDA if the company has a trusting relationship between all employees. Especially if some developments end up outside the company, such a spec casts a shadow on his reputation. What do you think is the need for NDAs in startups?

Sharifi, Esq. of techandmedialaw if you don't know how best to do it, I have also secured myself with his help and for good reason. It turned out that I had an unscrupulous employee who was also working with my competitors and if I didn't have this contract, he could have given them all the information about the project and I wouldn't have been able to hold him accountable.
