I don't think it is necessary to sign an NDA if the company has a trusting relationship between all employees. Especially if some developments end up outside the company, such a spec casts a shadow on his reputation. What do you think is the need for NDAs in startups?

So you knowingly put your patent at risk and are willing to erase years of work for nothing? This is irresponsible not only to yourself but also to your colleagues. A better approach would be to contact one of the best startup attorney Los Angeles David N. Sharifi, Esq. of techandmedialaw if you don't know how best to do it, I have also secured myself with his help and for good reason. It turned out that I had an unscrupulous employee who was also working with my competitors and if I didn't have this contract, he could have given them all the information about the project and I wouldn't have been able to hold him accountable.
