| You can easily check your land records online using the patta chittaa portal by following a few simple steps. First, visit the official Tamil Nadu e-Services website. Once you’re on the homepage, select the View Patta & FMB / Chitta / TSLR Extract option. After that, choose your district, taluk, and village from the dropdown menu. Next, enter either your Patta Number or Survey Number—whichever detail you have available. Complete the captcha shown on the screen and click on Submit.
The system will then display your land details, including ownership information, survey number, subdivision details, and land type. Make sure to cross-check this information carefully to ensure everything matches your records. You can also download or take a screenshot of the displayed Patta Chitta for future reference. This digital service makes it much easier to verify land details without visiting government offices.
If any discrepancy appears, you may contact the local Taluk Office for correction. The portal is fast, reliable, and very user-friendly, especially for quick verification of property details online.
