I am researching different places to live and wanted to ask how people usually decide whether a community is a good fit before moving. I think things like neighborhood atmosphere, nearby services, and overall comfort make a big difference. I recently came across Waxahachie village condominiums while comparing housing options and was curious if anyone has experience choosing a place based on community features rather than just price. What factors do you usually consider before settling somewhere new?
