Our back-of-house team handles basic daily wipe-downs, but the heavy grease buildup behind the line and inside the extraction hoods is getting completely out of hand before our next health inspection. Can anyone suggest a reliable, certified company that handles intensive kitchen sanitization to get everything up to regulation standard?

Regular kitchen staff simply don't have the commercial-grade pressure steamers or the specific chemical solutions needed to safely blast away years of baked-on carbon and fat from hard-to-reach places.

Investing in structural maintenance is never just about aesthetics because heavy grease accumulation directly destroys expensive internal components over time. Booking routine commercial kitchen cleaning services protects your bottom line by clearing away the corrosive carbonized oils that clog up gas burners, ruin electrical connections, and cause thermostat sensors to fail prematurely. Keeping your fryers, combination ovens, and refrigeration coils free from heavy buildup keeps your utilities bills much lower and adds years of operational life to your hardware, which easily offsets the cost of hiring outside professional crews.
