I was checking CS2 skins last night and kept switching between visuals, rarity, and float data without knowing what I actually care about most. What information do you focus on first when using a skins wiki?

I usually start by looking at visuals as well, but I quickly move on to checking rarity and the general price range before deciding whether it’s even worth comparing further in detail. Over time, this approach helps filter out options faster and makes the whole evaluation process more efficient.

For me it depends on what I’m trying to do, but if I had to choose, visual previews are usually the first thing I check because that’s what I notice immediately. After that I look at float values to understand how the skin might actually look in different conditions. I used to ignore collection details completely, but later I realized they help a lot when comparing similar skins from the same case or set. While exploring different items, I also learn more cs2 wiki skins to get a clearer overview of how all this information is structured in one place. It helped me stop focusing on just one factor and instead balance visuals with technical details like rarity and wear. Now I switch between all of them depending on the skin I’m evaluating.
