| Hi everyone,
I’m looking at a lovely townhome that has a popular community dog park right behind the back fence, found through a listing with Gary Wales Realtor.
As a proud golden retriever owner, my initial reaction was pure excitement because daily walks would be incredibly convenient.
However, my friends are warning me about constant barking, morning yipping, and potential odor issues during hot summer days.
The property inside is absolutely flawless, but I'm worried about future resale value. Has anyone lived directly adjacent to a dog park? Is the noise manageable, or will I regret this?
Thanksin advance.

| It really depends on your tolerance for activity and noise! If you already love dogs, the sound of playful barking might just blend into the background for you, but it can definitely impact your peace during peak early morning and evening hours.
When exploring unique properties like this with Gary Wales Realtor, try hanging out near the yard at different times of day to gauge the true noise level.
Also, check how well the local municipality maintains the waste bins. If the upkeep is strict, it's a massive perk for pet lovers; if not, it can be tough!
