The plea sought quashing of the CLAT 2018, claiming mismanagement and incompetence of the national law universities in conducting the examination on a rotational basis. The merit list will be declared on 24th June 2018 and the same procedure of locking and shifting seats by names mentioned in the third list will begin on 24th June 2018.
