Hey all! I’ve been thinking of stepping things up by adding VR or interactive tours to my real estate pitch. Anyone here tried that route? Does it really help or is it just overkill?

It’s definitely worth it, especially if you're working on complex designs or pre-sale marketing. I use Genense Studio, and their 3D architectural visualization and rendering https://www.genense.com/ works perfectly with VR tools and 3D walkthroughs. Clients get to explore the space as if it’s already built — and that’s powerful. They understand flow, scale, and layout so much better. Plus, it helps you stand out from the crowd big time. When buyers can “walk” through the project before it’s real, they get emotionally invested. That’s what seals deals faster.
