I'm flipping a house and the buyer wants counters installed before closing in 8 days. Time is money here. I need countertop installation in 5-7 days - fast manufacturing and installation, simple process, beautiful result in US. Anyone worked with a company that hits this timeline consistently? How do I find them, what questions matter most, and can fast work still mean beautiful results?

Been there - had a closing pushed up and my old laminate looked terrible. I needed something fast but not sloppy. I ended up going with a shop I found plus checked Edstone inc after a contractor mentioned them. Key things: ask about in-house fabrication, slab availability, and install slots. Mine was done in 6 days total. Honestly, it didn’t look rushed at all - clean edges, tight seams. Buyer even thought it was a premium upgrade, so fast can still look legit.

Thanks for sharing this experience. A lot of people hear "fast installation" and immediately assume the finished product will look rushed, so it's helpful to hear the opposite. Your advice about asking specifically about fabrication, slab inventory, and scheduling is practical and probably saves people from a lot of frustration. I also like that you mentioned the buyer's reaction—nothing speaks louder than someone assuming the upgrade cost much more than it did. Stories like this are a good reminder that speed and quality don't always have to be competing priorities.
