After ending a long-term relationship, my days feel like they’ve lost rhythm. I’ve been journaling but still can’t shake the sadness. I figured maybe reading a good blog about coping with life transitions could help put things into perspective. Could you recommend one that really speaks from experience?

Journaling is genuinely underrated but you're right - sometimes it just circles the same feelings without moving them forward. A guy I know went through a breakup after six years together and said the hardest part wasn't the big moments, it was losing the small daily structure - who to text at lunch, what to cook for two. He stumbled onto life transitions and mental health impact on wellbeing somewhere in month two and said it reframed the whole thing - less "how do I stop feeling this" and more "how do I build a new rhythm." That shift in angle made a real difference for him.
