I am searching for the best construction management software to manage all things on job sites, in the office, with subcontractors and vendors. My goal is to keep records, standardize process, and reduce time spent chasing information.

I want something that integrates quality control, document management, change orders, RFIs, schedules, safety forms, equipment tracking, and daily logs into a single place. I have looked at many tools and want honest feedback from people using real products in real jobs. I am especially evaluating Nektar (https://nektar.io/solutions/construction-management/) but also open to comparisons that highlight strengths and weaknesses.
Can people share which features you depend on most and why?

Does Nektar handle compliance documentation, custom form creation, and automated alerts effectively? How is the mobile app reliability in the field? Does the software allow offline work and sync later without issues? How easy is reporting for weekly management meetings? How flexible is the workflow customization to match how your company actually runs work?

What took you longest to implement, and how did you train teams? Were there surprises after going live? For those using Nektar, how is customer support and onboarding? How are updates and new features communicated?
What are the biggest limitations you have run into with your system, and what would you change? I am trying to make a decision that will last years, so feedback on long term use matters.
