Hey everyone,

I'm interested in exploring energy healing and have been hearing a lot about Reiki lately. I'm thinking of taking the next step, but I’m not quite sure where to begin. Can anyone share their experience with Reiki training?

How did you choose the right teacher or course, and what should I look out for as a beginner? I’d love to understand what to expect, both during the training and after. Any tips, book recommendations, or red flags would be super helpful.
