Last week, my buddy logs into the platform, and guess what? He had the VPN running in the background, but he totally forgot! LOL. He was just working, testing his stuff and then decided to log in for a couple minutes. Like, he was instantly kicked out and blocked. We were totally shocked when we figured out why. We had to spend a long time explaining to support that it was just a silly accident and not a trick, but so far without results. Has anyone else run into this? Hey, how long did it take for them to restore your account?

Did he just write to them once or did he send a repeat request? I had a similar experience just a month ago. Basically, I logged in by accident with my VPN on, got blocked and at first no one responded for days. They're super strict about it because any time someone moves, it automatically gets added to their list of potential violations. Man, I suffered so much. I discovered Luck Party just for myself, and then I messed up. BUT, they got back to me in about ten days, asked a couple of questions to clear things upand then gave me access again. So don't let your friend panic, okay? Sometimes support gets overwhelmed.
