ok, i found some video cards with VS/PS that are in my price range, here are the best i found:
-Radeon 9550 Video Card, 8x AGP, 256MB DDR
-GeForce FX 5500 Video Card, PCI, 256MB DDR
-Radeon 9250 Video Card, PCI, 256MB DDR
-Radeon 9600 Pro Video Card, 8x AGP, 256MB DDR
EDIT: also the,
-Xtasy Radeon X300SE Video Card, PCI Express, 128MB DDR
Which one would you say are the best or would recommend to buy?

I haved heard Bad thinks from Radeon Cards. I think its better when you buyed an Nvidea Geforce Card.

there is no real differnce between the performance of a ati and a nvidia graphic card. I think the ATi cards are a bit cheaper for the same performance, the only disadvantage is that many games were directed on nvidia cards so there is a little advantage, like Shader 3 effects in splinter cell 3 for example.
I have an Ati Radeon 9800 Pro by Sapphire and it really rocks, well every nvidia using man of the world will tell you nvidia is better. You should have a look to benchmakr reports and the price and decide after this.
