For sure neither me, Lost, Unifex, Shakou or Hevendor will be in it. For fairness sake.
Hmm. Id say:
Filip (somewhere around 51)
YoukiLord (should be around 55)
crackho / TouchMe (whoever has time), need to double-check levels. If both can make it, then we're settled. If only one of them can make it, then we go with either Kensai or Natsume.
Since Golden Basin is being closed, and Mudo Island is full, we will be fighting in Tranquil Vale. It can be accessed through Golden Basin while it's still open, or through Mudo Island.
